Non-Defective Products: If you are not satisfied with a non-defective product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping costs for returns of non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Product Care Instructions
All of our pure maple products are made without additives or preservatives. To ensure the best quality and shelf life, please follow the care instructions provided on the packaging. Failure to properly store these products (e.g., refrigeration after opening) may result in degradation, which is not covered by our returns policy.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Pack the Product: Safely pack the product in its original packaging, if possible, and include your proof of purchase.

Ship the Product: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective products. If returning a non-defective item, please use a trackable shipping method at your own cost.

Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will either process a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement product. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Refund Timeline

Defective Products: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, including reimbursement for shipping.

Non-Defective Products: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are not refunded for non-defective products.
